I went to a fun park and went on several fast rides! just to be the fun-mum even though I’m petrified of the rides!

Two days later I developed the most horrendous headache which covered my whole head and neck. I felt dizzy and sick and have burning/tingling in my right arm and leg. I could not eat due to nausea so lost too much weight. I feel my old life and happy, confident me has gone.I have trouble sleeping and have odd ringing in my ears. This whole month since my ‘fun day out at the park’ has been awful. My confidence has gone and I feel a nervous wreck. I am seeing an osteopath which I feel confident will sort things out but its a long haul.

So the moral of this story is- know your limits! fast rides at forty five are lethal!!
