Straingest thing ever experienced

4 days ago I was standing in a grocery store and suddenly felt very dizzy, and slightly queasy. This went on for about 15 min.and I continued to have mile episodes off and on for the next 2 days. Yesterday morning as I got out of bed I was very dizzy and this came and went all day to varying degrees along with the nausea. I took my blood pressure, checked my pulse, and temp.
All was normal but my temp was a little low at 96.6 I was finally able to get out of the house and go about my day dealing with my dizzy bouts.
I did lots of research on the web to try and find answers for what Iwas experiencing. From everthing I have read it sounds like I am experiencing mild Vertigo I hope this goes away, it is very scary.
