Bed A little shakey lately, maybe vertigo?

two months ago I was out partying about 5 beers and buffalo wings.I was sitting at bar and started to see blury vision. tried to adjust my glasses and no help. Looked at tv on wall and it looked like slot machine spinning. Sat there for awhile and tried to walk. felt weak but made it outside to my truck. Felt I could drive so I headed to local hospital. Sat in parking lot awhile and got out. Realized I was faint and would hit the pavement i got back in truck.

Called 911 an ambulance arrived and gave me ride to the building. They did all the test, cat scans ,checked for stroke etc. everything came back neg. they said I was dehydrated pumped me with fluids and sent me on my way. They said cut down on beer. it only dehydrates you. So I cut down to 1 or 2 daily. started drinking more water. Two weeks later I was walking from my truck.had on beers and it suddenly hit again. all the cars were spinning .I had hard time getting two feet to another car to hold onto. After minute or so I walked to my truck and slept for 5 hours. woke up and was fine. in morning I went to my doctor. He said stick out your tongue. he said you are still dehydrated. He said start drinking lots of water. stay away from energy boosters. And no more hot baths. said they dehydrate you.

I was fine for two months. then three nights ago. had another attack at local restaurant. only had one beer. it only lasted 1 minute or so. I left and went home and to bed at 7 pm. Woke up at 2 am to go to head, Felt ok. at 6 am I was woke up and the room started to spin.Like being on mery go around Yoy close your eyes they are stopped again and start again building up speed. I got up and it cleared but I was weak disoriented and wobbly. I called my sister across the street and said give me ride to hospital. I got into her car and started feeling like I had to vomit. She pulled over and I opened door and vomited like I was out on three day drunk. they took me right in . They say I was there 2 months ago for same thing. My mouth was also real starchy like I had taken mouth full of elmers glue. They did all the test all over again. this time they said I was not dehydrated. So after 4 hours they said they were going to admit me. I was feeling fine about this time but they wanted to find out the problem. so I stayed all day thurs until fri nite at 7 pm. all test came back neg. no strokes no shocks.etc. blood sugar perfect.I have arterial fibrillation and takes meds for it and coumadin.

My heart doctor even stopped by fri. to see me and tell me that it was not heart related. they brought in doctor. neurology and neurophysiology specialist. we he heard my story and gave me several test ,felt like I was being tested by cop for drunk driving. He even had me close me eyes and wrote with pen diferent numbers inside each hand with my eyes closed and I had to tell him what they were by feel. I passed all the test. then he told me that I will have to see him at his clinic next week. its probably vertigo need more testing to be sure. I also told him I wear hearing aid in my left ear. and hear constant noise on that side of my head like machinery running in factory far away. He said his mother has same thing as me. He said she just has to keep pan by bed in case has to vomet. and takes meds to put her to sleep if it gets bad. That didn,t make me feel good. His own mother and he can,t cure her. they sent me home and gave me meds, meclizine take 4 times daily. they are also for motion sickness, says take as needed,

The problem I see is says on internet that they take 1 hour to work. This vertigo hits you like a twister. i 1 hour it has come and gone. another thing I looked up side effects.says may cause dizziness, vomiting, unsteady on feet etc. cure has same side effects as the problem. I also read with vertigo your eye may twinge often for no reason.Mine has been doing that. By time I get to mirror to check it out it stops. Now here is the kicker. I have been noticing my bed sometimes vibrates and wakes me up. last seconds and stops. There is nothing running in house. It is an antique bed And I thought maybe it was haunted. Now I just read with vertigo you might feel things are moving when they are not. So I guess I just have to brace myself for wild ride, my whole life is changing quickly. I am active 65 year old. still ride my Harley. Now that scares me. If I get attack while riding it is all over. No time to pull over to get senses back to normal.
