If you suffer from BPPV vertigo and have the symptoms of dizzyness and nausea when you look up, lay your head down on your pillow, turn over in bed or anytime you feel it coming on, take both of your hands and place them over your ears and push inwards which will create a suction of your inner ear canals. Do this a couple of times each time before you lay your head down on the pillow or immediately whenever you feel the dizzyness and nausea coming on you during the day or night. This totally cured me over a period of time and I highly recommend that you try this! I no longer have Vertigo!
Also, until you are cured, learn which ear is affecting you and always lay down in bed on the side of your body that doesn’t cause you dizzyness and then roll to the other side once you are completely laying down flat in bed. Remember to be ready to do this procedure whenever you feel any dizzyness or spinning sensations in bed. I believe that the suction that is created by your hands helps move the crystals in the inner ear canals to a location that will helps eliminate the spinning, dizzyness and nausea that you experience with vertigo
