I’ve had Vertigo about 8 yrs now. I’ve seen 5 Neurologists and have hadall the usual tests including extensive MRI’s and inner-ear tests! The usual advice, go to a Balance Center and practice their methods. All to no avail! My latest brain-storm was maybe I’m not getting enough oxygen to my Brain. So, I bought a device called an “Inversion Table.” I adjust it so my feet are slightly higher than my head and lay on it, similiar to a teeter-totter. As usual, it didn’t help! I am now to the point of “living” with it. Because absolutely nothing has helped! I refuse to use a cane or any supporting device because my ego would get in the way. I do one day at a time and just pray that it doesn’t get worse. Once in awhile it even seems a little better! Comments
