To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Living with dizziness, and what helped me I have been living with vertigo and tinnitus for 4 years. I am now 32 years of age and my personal life has been on hold. I got vertigo as a result from a very bad flu one Christmas. The first two years were hell, The heavy nausea was the worst. I do not have the spinning motion that most vertigo suffers have but I feel off balance and mostly nausea. I loved dancing and had to stop dancing for two years. The symtoms have reduced in the last year but I still feel bad on some days. For a long time I could not figure out why I was more ill some days than others until I figured out it was always a week before my periods, I read Vitmin B complex helps nausea and is good for the nervous system and I tried it. I must say it really worked for me. I came off it recently and have started to feel more ill again. I would recommend to people who do suffer with vertigo and ear problems to try this simple natural tablet. I am going to start taking the Vit B complex again and see this time if it really does help or if it was just a coincidence as with vertigo you are never really sure what can cause a bout of it, but I am sure Vit b comp help me when I was taking it. It takes a month for it to work. Please try it and comment to me if it helped anyone, Regards, M Comments
