I have chronic vertigo. There is something that triggers it for me. If I look up, or put my head way back in the shower, rapidly look from side to side. I have to be careful of all these things.Playing games on the computer using rapid eye movement etc.. As people get older vertigo can be a problem, I’m 62 and when I get vertigo I feel like I had 12 drinks, the room spins, I feel like I’m going to throw up. Turning to my left is almost always out of the question.I can’t stand up. The doctor gave me Meclizine 25 mg It helps but makes you sleepy.
