Room spins when I roll over in bed or bend over

I am going to my doc next friday, if I can make it that long. I woke up this morning, bent over and fell into the wall. Chalked it up to being half asleep, went to the store and bent over to pick up a 12pk of coke, room started to spin and i began to lean to the left side again almost falling over. Collected myself and went home. Checked my bp sitting standing and lying -all normal. Drank some juice in case it was a case of low glucose. Laid back down, and now it is only when I am laying down and roll over to the other side-the room spins violently and my whole body goes weak, and I feel seasick. Also I have no temp, but when I first lie down, it feels like my bones are freezing for like 5 minutes…then I get really hot if I’m up, or the room is spinning.
I have no idea what is happening to me. I just laid there and cried all day, because it is the scariest thing I’ve ever had happen to me that I can’t make stop. The only other weird symptoms I’ve had lately are intense sharp almost itchy attacks under my skin…only on the sides and soles of my feet. Same thing with my hands, only on the sides of them and the palms. And it’s not all over them, it will be in very specific small areas that vary every time.
I’ve tried every anti itch cream and antifungal cream I can find making sure it wasn’t topical something going on. But no relief. Itching the skin doesn’t provide relief, I have to rub the area really hard to make it stop for a minute. Almost like it’s a nerve thing. I feel like I’m going crazy, I don’t know if those are connected at all. I’m a nurse and have looked at every possible diagnosis it could be, but can’t find something that really fits. I’m 26, and otherwise healthy

My first attack hit 2 years ago in April. I had been painting my kitchen; walls, ceilings, etc. Then I started to feel just a little dizzy and thought it was the paint fumes. Disregarded that after talking with paint company. It got so bad that I couldn’t walk without hanging on to the walls.

I was waking up today and couldn’t focus my eyes…the room just kept sort of repeating; not the whole room spinning around me but just part of it, sort of like when you spin around a lot and stop. It would stop after about 5 min. I turned around in bed facing the other way and it started again.
