I was waking up today and couldn’t focus my eyes…the room just kept sort of repeating; not the whole room spinning around me but just part of it, sort of like when you spin around a lot and stop. It would stop after about 5 min. I turned around in bed facing the other way and it started again. Background: When I went in for the ear pain, back when that started, doc said I had NO fluid in my ears and they looked fine. Also did a hearing test and had a scan of my neck. No problems. (though this was not for dizziness but that ear pain.) Could this be something in the inner ear? The dizziness is really scary. I don’t feel faint though. I also clench my teeth at night and wear a guard for it. I don’t know if that has anything to do with anything but wanted to mention. Also, my doc wasn’t in today or I would have gone. If this keeps happening, is this something I should go to the ER for? It really freaks me out when it happens. When it happens, even when I close my eyes, it’s still spinning! Comments
