To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download My Vertigo Story still continues…… I am 30 and have been extremely healthy for my entire life. On Dec 15th 2008 I was at work when I had this overwhelming feeling of motion. It felt like I was on a boat going over large waves. Since then I have had dizzy/spinning moments from time to time, headaches and brain fogginess every day, ear popping, sore/stiff neck, extreme fatigue at times, anxiety sensitivity to lights especially florescent lighting and also sensitivity to sharp loud sounds ie: gun shots in a movie, etc, also that rocking boat feeling never goes away. I have been for multiple tests such as an MRI 2 CAT scans, an EEG, and EKG blood pressure and heart monitors and lots of blood tests. I have even had the treatment for positional Vertigo done 4 times by a physio therapist. And all tests have all come back with good results except the BPPV maneouver. The doctors all say I seem healthy and I am medical mystery. They pass it off as stress and/or anxiety. But I don’t believe that is my problem!!! I still think it is BPPV which was the original diagnosis by my doctor. Still after 3 months of being off work I continue to feel horrible everyday and have zero diagnosis. Does this sound like a case of Vertigo? Did anyone have similar symptoms to what I have listed above? (Especially the rocky boat feeling and the constant everyday headaches) Also how long did it take before your doctor diagnosed your Vertigo? Did anyone have the BPPV maneouver done and it didn’t work? Thank You! Any responses would really help me!! And I look forward to fully sharing my story when it get figured out. Comments
