To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Vertigo and Tinnitus I’m 16, and have had dizziness and ringing in my ears for a little over 2 years now. I’ve been to a lot of doctors and specialists and none can find the cause, even after numerous MRI’s, CT scans, stacked ABR’s, and who knows what other tests that I’ve had. My dizziness and ear ringing is always present. What I call episodes are when the dizziness gets worse on a scale of 1-10 it’s normally a 3-4 and “episodes” go from 5-7, I usually make 7 my highest, don’t know why. These “episodes” used to last for days at a time and then I’d be at the base level for a few days… Now I don’t get that luxury, they can be minutes long to days. And I never know when I’m going to have a good day or time that is, to try to do school work. Positions don’t seem to make a difference, I’ve tried numerous medications for possible migraines(none worked), all the tests I’ve had have ruled out a lot of the major things like Meniers…I just want this to go away… It’s rough, because I don’t get to do a lot of the things other kids can. I can’t drive, even though I’m of legal age, I can’t go to school, and I have to be homeschooled. And worst of all it’s keeping me from the music and acting buisness which is my dream. Is there anyone else who’s had dizziness and ringing in their ears like this? I’d just like to know that I’m not the only one who has vertigo and tinnitus continually all the time. Comments
