To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Vertigo in summer and fall It started with me about three years ago. I went for a two to three week period of being very light-headed,and would occasionally have to hold onto things. Last August, I had a spell that lasted every day for about 5-6 weeks. It was always when I moved my head back or to the right. It came back in October and I was scheduled for an MRI which I didn’t get until December. It was not fun getting the MRI and then toward the end they gave me a needle which seemed to cause a rushing to my head, and bad nausea (not fun in the MRI tube). My doctor now says it’s benign positional vertigo, but that’s his best guess. He recommended getting my hearing checked, as when I get the vertigo my right ear always feels plugged. The spinning bothered me at first, but now I try and laugh about it and call myself a drunken sailor. I had a horrible attack when My chiropractor dropped my head back to adjust my neck. I must admit, I haven’t tried the exercises yet. I am wondering if there is not something environmental at the root, as here it is, early August, and once again, after being clear since last fall, I am having bouts of vertigo Comments
