Vertigo

Two months ago I had my first episode of vertigo I woke up from sleep experiencing whirling and spinning sensation and nausea. I got up out of bed and woke my husband. Later in morning I went to the ER and I was told I had vertigo. The next day I was fine. Now, 2 mos. later,I am having vertigo symptoms again. After traveling from Utah to CA (lower elevation), 6 days later my head began feeling weird with head and eye movements. I finally laid on sofa and everytime I sat up I got extremely dizzy. Then I vomited and had felt extemely sick for a couple hours. At night I felt better and my husband & I started driving back to UT. After a couple hrs, we stopped at a motel. In morning I had vertigo again. This time I took 2 tabs. of meclizine to feel better and we continued on trip back to UT. I went to work the next day but my head felt weird most of day and I got a bad headache which was relieved with Tylenol. The next day I went to the ENT specialist and Audiologist. They did a hearing test, positional vertigo test, and other tests for balance, walking (gait), coordination, blood pressure, heart rate and scheduled me to come back July 3 for an ENG (Electronystagmograpy) test. Meanwhile, he gave me a work release until July 7 when I return for a review of test results. My head has been feeling weird all day, like I’m disoriented (brain fog) and have experienced a bit of memory loss in the last few days. My head feels dizzy with eye and head movements.
