To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download This site HELPED me so much I woke up and the room was spinning. I woke up at 4:30 a.m. -the spinning was making me nauseous. I was very hot, I started breathing really fast and heavy, hoping that I just needed more oxygen to my brain. I have had some slight dizziness feeling, more like light-headed feelings lately, but nothing like this. So overwhelming, so scary and strange. I stumbled to the computer and typed in ” woke up room spinning” and this site came up. Thank GOD! I read a few of the stories and thought -”yes, this is what is happening”… I also have Iritis coming on—Iritis is like arthritis in the eye…so I do not know if it is viral or an extention of arthritis. I will be going to the emergency room as soon as the spinning stops. Stops long enough so I can get showered and dressed. I thought about going in my p.j.s—but I felt after reading this site that what I have is not life threatening—though it felt like it at the time. It is pretty scary. And if this feeling doesn’t go away…OMG, my life as a teacher would be gone. I took dramamine and benadryl and ibuprophen. The spinning has subsided -but I sure am tired. I also tried the positional exercises of Brandt and Daroff. http://www.emedicinehealth.com/benign_positional_vertigo/page6_em.htm I do feel better- enough to write this down…Thank you for being here. This site helped me with my fears. Comments
