vertigo

I had my first experience with vertigo when I was 38 (2003), it was a start of a long list of doctors and tests………Nothing helped. Finally I made an appointment with a Neuro surgeon who had seen many patients with the same problem, he explained to me that sometimes the crystals in the inner ear gets displaced due to infection, a fall etc. which causes the vertigo. He made me do an exercise and it helped me. For the past 5 years I was free of vertigo but the last week I have been having mild attacks. Not sure what has caused it.

I shall be doing the excercise once I feel a bit better. …………….

I am also looking into the effect of birth control tabs, as the vertigo started after I started on these tabs.
