To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download neck injury While swimming in the deep end, which was close to the shallow end of the public pool,one of the floater boards used by an child, flew out of her hands and slammed into the back of my neck like a torpedo. The life guard came immendiately over to me to tell me that this was just an accident, which I understood. But the pain!!! Since then, my neck is very sore and stiff, and is accompanied by terrible headaches, off and on. This happened four days ago. Because I’ve had two strokes, and am on Coumadin, I wonder if I should visit the Emerg or just learn to deal with the symptoms. Could I have a slow bleed in the brain, even though it was my neck that was injured? Comments
