To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Negligence to recover I’d have slip and fall in a hotel bathroom on August 31st,2007.I have broken head (ten stiches),a lot of neck pain specialy to my left side, I have injured my left shoulder left hip, left side of the back, left elbow and lower back.Is a workers compensation case. Since then I hire an attorney because I was not capable to deal with the situation by my self.Unfortunately only today as of July 22nd,2008 I was send by my attorney to see a neurologist doctor.Unfortunately I have a very hard time to be believed by other doctors including a AME doctor (which represent the workers compensation insurance).Today I finaly realized that all the symptoms I had since the injury are listed on this web site.A real fact which give me the oportunity to understand and believe on my own that is true what I’m going trough. All the other doctors I see for my other injuries beside my head injury, were telling me that the worker compensation system is bad(I don,t want to use the expression they were using).I want to let the readers know to not fell in the same trap I did by hiring a attorney to take care the injuries especialy a workers compensation case.Probably I may have to suffer for long time to recover since I’ve been waiting eleven months to get the first treatment plus all the benefits denialed first of all because my ex employer denied to give me the forms to file a claim… Comments
