TBI Recovery

I was 12 when my first traumatic brain injury occured when a vechile hit me in the right side of the head. Many doctors questioned my potential to recover. I was in a coma for three months. I had to relearn to walk, talk, use my hands, arms, etc., similar to a new born baby. I’ve been able to find employment as a substitute teacher, finally. I’m living the dream that has evaded me for about 15 years. Never give up on yourself, please.
