Then on July 24,2005, he had a stroke 1 month after we were married. I wasn’t working at the time as I was on disability and going to school full time. I have a daughter from a previous relationship (she was 10) I didn’t know what we were going to do. I was working in the finance office, what hours I worked went toward my tuition. He was in the hospital for 3wks. This was a hard time. It was suppose to be different. These were to be happy times. It is almost 3 yrs later and he has come along way. He walks with a limp, his left side was affected. He can not work. He was eligable for Medicare in Jan. of this year. He is US born, he is Marshallese-from the Marshall Islands. They are federated with the U.S., we have a base on the island. They can come and go as they like here, work, school. They have S.S. numbers and they use our currency. Comments
