after having a restless night i tried to get out of bed only to find it was impossible for me to stand as i had no feeling from my waist down i tried several times to regain my balance but it did not make any difference.i was admitted to me local hospital where i had a mri scan which showed that i had a double disc had shattered on my bottom part of my back.(Lumbar) They operated straight away removing the debri left by the shattered discs since then my life has changed for the worse my sex life is virtually none exinct can hardly do anything at all.
