Sleepwalking for years

I have been sleepwalking since I was a kid. I am now 26. I never knew it was sleepwalking. Most recently I had a sleepwalking incident where I got up and was trying to do something as part of my dream. I woke up while still standing and was confused as to what I was supposed to have been doing. I went back to bed. That same night I woke up a second time, still trying to do something in my dream. I was putting something beside my desk in my room, and then went back to bed. In the morning when I awoke I walked to the bathroom and saw my comforter beside the desk and wondered what it was doing in the floor beside the desk. Then I remembered having moved something in my dream, and obviously it was the comforter. Had I not physically moved the comforter and saw it the next morning, I would not have remembered doing it. But luckily I have never left my house or anything like that.
