To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download too much and not enough hi all im sammantha im 20 , and when iw as younger i used to do shift work i thoght at first i had made self this routine that suites my lifestyle but now that im in a 9-5 it effects me bad its like insomnia where i can stay awake til 4 in the moning and wake up never .. im always tired during the day and on some occasions fallen asleep at work . and now even if i force myself to sleep at a reasonble time say 8.30pm night i still will not wake up until say 2 the next after noon .. i am just tired and exhausted at inapprpriate times i live a very stressfull lifestyle and i had depression most of my teen years and the sleeping problem is not helping at all HELP !!!
