Hi, i have a condition that is very embarrising but i do not know what to do about. Here is my story. For many years, I would saw about five I have ran on about three or four hours of sleep per night. I try to get normal sleep but it does not happen. I am told by my friends that i often fall asleep at their house while watching tv with them. I think that I have been awake the whole time but they say no you were asleep. A good friend of mine video taped me on night. It was the weirdist thing I have ever seen and really scared me. It was me sitting on the couch my eye went shut then open and shut about seven time in about five minutes yet I was un aware this was going on. Does any one else have this problem if you do what is it called? Please help
