NEED HELP!!!!!

Not sure which one it is… but for the last 4 years, going to sleep takes 3-4 hours?

Why you ask?

As I lay in bed waiting for me to fall asleep, I am interrupted over and over and over by leg, arm, and head jerks accompanied often times by my loud yelling or screaming. Additionally, i awake to my heart beating maniacally. Eventually, I calm down… and try to go back to sleep.. just to star this vicious cycle al over again?

All the doctors do is prescribe Klonopin, and Ambien… I’m taking it right now and it doesn’t always work….

Anyone experiencing these symptoms?
Anyone know what it’s called?
Anyone know how to treat it?

It’s ruining my career-life.. and day-time actities… primarly, work.
