I don’t know if this is a disease but if you do know about it, please let me know. One night I was dreaming and I got up but my eyes was closed. I felt a little twitch between my toe like someone put their finger between it. But I didn’t feel like getting up. But then I realize I couldn’t breath. So I try to wake up but I can’t, I feel like I’m forcing my eyes open but the muscles of my eyes is forcing them to close. I can’t breath and i can’t open my eyes. And one thing that scared me most, I was laying down with my face on the pillow. I tried to push my self up away from the pillow but it felt like someone was pulling me toward the pillow. Is scary but for about 5- 10 seconds, it disappeared. I just don’t understand how this thing made me stop breathing. I did try to breath but something prevented me from breathing. Please, if you have any information of what this is please call me.
