To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download 60 years of rarely sleeping I am 82 and have lived as many of my family with constant sleepless nights plus only 2-3 hours at the most when I do sleep. Rarely is there ever a whole night of sleep. This disorder effects both the young and old in the family. I have always functioned with this disorder. Two doctors have told me that if I am able to function during the day without difficulty then it is OK. I do get exhausted at times and crash but rare is that. The computer has saved me as I have to be quiet due to my husband who would wake if I put the lights on or made noise. So accept this condition and find ways to take it in stride as I have. I worked for many years in a job that required concentration and succeded well. Comments
