To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Heart Warm I have been struggling with my sleeping problem for four years, and doctors cannot help. So long as I am awake, I have no heart warm (slight heartburn). However, once I fall asleep, a heart warm will wake me up in ten minutes to two hours. The heart warm stops soon after I wake up but at this time I’d feel very drowsy and can fall into asleep right away. If I do so, the heart warm will come back again in ten minutes. If I get up after waking up and walk around to get rid of the drowsiness, the heart warm will come back 30 minutes or more later. It happens regardless of day or night or postures or diet. It is not the acid problem. I have a feeling that my digest system simply stops its motion during my sleeping state. It also seems to me that the heart warm is actually a cramp and the cramp vanishes after I wake up. I’ll be deeply apreciated if anyone who knows this problem or ever heard of the similar problems can contact me. Comments
