nightly cases of “no sleep fever”

every night i can never seem to go to sleep before at least 1:30 AM or 2:00 AM. i am sure some of it has to do with the fact that i watch tv at those times before and up until those times. sometimes even after. other causes might be when i eat something during the night (usually around 12:00 or something) and then that might cause me to lose sleep. some reason i just cant fall asleep.

if anyone knows something that i can try to help me fall asleep, please let me know. i work 8-5 and going to sleep around 3:00 or later doesnt help at work. i am only getting MAYBE 3-4 hours of sleep a night.
