To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Sleep Eating For the past several months, I “almost” wake up, get out of bed, go to the kitchen and consume maybe 2000-3000 calories of food in about 15 minutes. Then I go back to bed and sleep, then I sometimes, not always, repeat the same sequence in 1 night. I am afraid I will gain tons of weight!! I am not over weight now, but at this rate, I will balloon. I find myself then NOT eating during the day because I have guilt over the night binges. I’m wondering what is wrong with me and how can I sleep thru the night without waking up to eat. Comments
