To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download seizure for unknown reason For the past two years I have had problems with syncope, especially when I drive or go into stores. Caffeine makes these symptoms worse. About a month ago I had my first seizure I have had numerous tests done on my heart that showed nothing. I am not diabetic, in fact right after I had my seizure the paramedics checked my sugar levels twice and they were normal. Before the seizure if I stayed away from caffeine I was able to drive. After the seizure I have not been able to drive at all. I also feel like I am going to faint whenever I go to the store, so I avoid them. I am also severely anemic but with iron pills I have been able to keep my iron levels up. I have had an MRI on my brain and a CT scan on my chest and both were normal. My thyroid levels dropped right after the seizure but were back to normal by the next day. I feel like a prisoner in my own body. I do not think that this is epilepsy because you have long periods where you feel fine. Not one day that goes by do I feel normal. I am weak and light headed all of the time. I use to drive at least 60 miles a day taking my daughter to school and dance. I also was the one to drive when we went on vacation. I love to drive. My husband has been having to do the grocery shopping on top of working all day. I feel like a prisoner in my own body. I do not know what to do, or where to go from here. Something is wrong and the doctors are unable to figure it out. If anyone has any answers that my help in figuring out what might be going on with me please let me know. I am desperate. Comments
