10 years now its moving

Hi Everyone, I am a male.with the name Tracy. Thats been the first difficulty in my life. Nothing though compared to the RSD I have. It started with a severe laceration to my left thumb when I was 19. Then I had neuromas, (cysts), accumulate on the ends of my nerves in the thumb causing hyper sensitivity this inturn started my problem. After the neuromas I had a spinal chord stim put in to try to block the pain. Well it didnt work. Instead the RSD moved to my back which is according to my Dr is unusual to get it there. However all my symptoms point to RSD

Now I have slipped and fallen at work. And all signs point to it in my right arm. Not Good. the hardest thing about this besides the pain is people looking at you like your making it up. It starts to make you think your crazy and second guess yourself. I know this because I have gone off my meds more than once thinking it is in my head only to find that I stay in bed for a week or so because I cant move without pain. Unfortunatley the pain while in bed is almost as bad as moving. Then there’s the sweats the tremors the pain of sheets touching you or loved ones trying to touch you and you cringe at the thought, the swelling and the list goes on. All this that I have lived with for 15 years. I still have’nt let it hold me down I do work and everyday getting up for the past 15 years has been like an 80 year old man moving around the problem is that it is getting worse instead of better the pain is getting to a point that I cant block it out.

My meds have increased and so has the pain i think it is finally gonna win. It’s pretty bad to see a 40 year old man sit and cry because he knows what’s ahead. The people staring from the outside dont even realize what you’ve it has been like in the past. I guess what bothers me the most is the fact that i am headed for worse days instead of better. All I can say to everyone who has this disease is: Always push yourself to do whatever you want because the Prize at the end will far outway the Pain it takes to get there. Then you can say. I DID IT.
