When will i go back to work

Back in November i had a washer that didn’t spin out and i had to wring out the clothes by handing and i turned to answer a question. When i did i sprained my ankle. I didn’t go to the dr cause it was just a sprain. Well finally on Dec. 31 i got tired of being swollen and only being able to walk on my toes and went to the dr. That dr told me it was a heal spur. They sent me to a foot dr. That dr thought it was more and sent me for an MRI and put me on bed rest with a walking boot to go to the rest room. After the MRI they found i had torn all the tendons and ligaments in my foot. I was in a hard cast for 4 weeks 2 soft casts totaling 3 more weeks and then sent to an ortopedic surgeon He told me he couldn’t help me and that I had CRPS and sent me to pain medicine. We have done 3 lumbar injections and still noone can tell me if I will ever go back to work. Please help either I go back to work or file for disability. But I am a 34yo mother of 3 .

My three granddaughters always come and spend the night with me, so their parents ( My daughter) can fishnish their Christmas shopping. We went to bed about 11pm. I had been having back pain for about four days, so I put a heating pad on my back and went to sleep.
