i was a constution worker all my life till one day a man ran a stop sign and hit my car in the drivers door it happened nov 5 1991 that night my arm and hand swelled huge so i went to the doc the next day they said i has a pulled mucle so i was treted fro that till may of 1992 when they decided to do a mri that told them the should bone had been broken and rotar cuff was tore and cartlege was tore so they said i need surgery to rebrake the bone and fix it all
all that did was increse my pain lvl so for the next 3 year i went threw all kinds of stuff blockage shots and test when they finialy came to decide i would have to live with the pain or do a stimalater implant witch i choise not to have so now i go threw life hurting all the time and we all know the pain pill dont help alot sometimes i feel like life just isnt even worth liveing hurting so much and they call this rsd i calling it dont liveing much at all
i know this is so hard to deal with but i hope there is something they will find one day to help others like me that cant hold there grandkids in the arms or hug there children when they come to see u work in our yards or just go to work like we use to our goverment says there is jobs we can do with this but if you cant put a bra on by your self or button your pants because your hands dont work or cant get out of bed because the pain is more than you can handle what do they expect us to do i have to see a counsler because the derprestion is so bad i just want to die sometime i thought i was all alone with this in this world
plz let me know if anyone else has realy felt the way i do and why is it when you have a car wreak do they wait and think you just see a doc wanting insurace money i feel that if they had of looked and done test sooner i might not of had this problem as bad i would love to just hold my granchildren and tell them i love they but with hands and arms that dont work it is imposable to do pepole take it for granted the thing they can do with there hands
i thank god i realy know how it feels to hold a loved one cause before this i could and look at the ones that where born with out ever being able to and it helps mee to feel a little better so thank you for giving me the chance to hold my love ones when i could rsd is a hard thing to live with
