I am a 38 year old female with rsd and I have been with this for 3 years now. At first I was told that I may have had just a large hematoma and that over time it would heal. Ha not so , now I am on so much meds. that I just hate my life style. I have a 8 year old son and a husband that I always beliveed that I just had the best that god give give but now from the pain and all the meds. I just dont know where to go from here.

I have had so many nerve blocks,s.c.s.,boot and so many test but all I seem to get is just the same old thing. I now have pain in just about my whole lower body and just don’t understand this rsd at all. I read and just try but I just don’t get it. I have been doing alot of breathing to control the pain and it does work for me maybe not all. I have the patch and other pills but what I would love to know is there a way to never ,have to take meds. again in my life. I have many times to were I fell okay and then when the weather changes or bump any part of my lower body then bang here comes the pain again.

Well if anyone can help me on knowing if they have rsd and now takes no meds. please let me know what to do . I HATE DRUGS and that is any kind. Thanks Your RSD friend and keep your head up high I STILL DO.
