RSD and me

hi im nancy and im 24 yrs old, 6 months ago i was in a car accident where i fractured my (L2) spine a month after i started getting numbness in my right arm and sweating alot from my right arm pit and palm, my right hand was turning blue and the pain is very painful.

i went to doctors and had some scans done which shown nothing. i got sent to a pain specialist and he diagnosed me with Reflex sympathetic distrophy. In a weeks time i am recieving a sympathetic nerve block which is an injection to my neck which has a lot of side effects such as bleeding, infections, paralysis to the right arm, death and many more and i am really scared on going with the procedure but thats the only treatment for RSD which is not a 100% plus it will only last for a few months anyway. im not sure if i should go through with the injection. if anyone knows another treatment please respond. thank you.
