Living with RLS/PLMD

I am 64 yrs old ,diabatic for the past 15 yrs ,but with good control.I do not have hypertension and no cholostral.Per day I take prevasco plus-one,Dianil-two,Glycomet-500 mg-two,Simvotin-10 mg-one,Cardace-5mg-one and Clopitab-75 mg one.

When I was 30 yrs ,I used to get jerky movement in my right leg while asleep mostly once a day ,that too once in 15 days or so.It did not exist almost for next 25 yrs.

For the past one year,I used to get in my right hand with a fierce jerk as I sleep my hand folded and kept close to my head.Sometimes it is also to the left of my abdomen close to heart and it is so severe as electric shock that my entire body jerks.Sometimes I also feel twitch in my head which gives a body jerk.This happens mostly i satrt getting sleep and lasts only fraction of a second.Otherwise I sleep well for 8 hrs and I do not feel sleepy during day.

Sometimes when I have long air travel while asleep i get intolerable pain in my calf muscle for 20 t0 30 secs and is I give a massage it becomes alright.I am not sure this can be related to PLMD.

I take alcohol may be 120 ml for 4 days a week.I do not find any relationship with my alcohol consumption.I am good tennis player and play strenuous game without tiring for 1 1/2 hrs six days a week.

I need advice.
