I was intensely worried about a family issue and was a new mom. At first, the doctor believed it was sleep apnea. I had sinus surgery and slept a little better. I had a sleep study that revealed that I have PLMD and was told to take magnesium supplements. I have also suffered from migraines all of my life. Today, I probably get 1.5-2.5 hours of REM sleep per night. I am miserable! I wonder how emergency room doctors remain on their toes! Comments
