To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download RLS and caffeine I’m 64 years old. I’ve had Restless Leg Syndrome since 1985 but I didn’t know that others also had it or that there was a name for it. About 8 months ago I discovered that if I ELIMINATE ALL CAFFEINE eg. coffee, tea, chocolate, coca cola I am mostly free from daytime symptoms of Restless Leg. However, I recently had a sleep test and it was found that I also have periodic limb movements while I’m sleeping. My doctor is trying a tiny amount of Clonex before bedtime. Maybe this will help my daytime fatigue. I also have daytime fatigue, fibromalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, sensorimotor polyneuropathy and sensorimotor polymyopathy. ‘Nuff said. Comments
