    I have suffered significant fatigue for several years now. My mother suggested I get a sleep study to see if I have sleep apnea. I ended up coming out negative for sleep apnea but showed significant periodic limb movements in sleep which causes an average of nine mini-awakenings per hour and have absolutely no stage 3 or stage 4 sleep.
