To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download PARKINSONS???? I was diagnosed with parkinsons 10 years ago. It took me a long time to find a good Neurologist who would listen…..I finally settled on the fifth one. During this time I start searching on the internet and what I found were symptoms that I had. My tremors were bad so I opted for the dbs. The operation went well……no more tremors. I always complained about my legs but my complaints were ignored, I am taking meds to stop the ‘charlie horse’ but it is not working…….matter of fact, my legs are worse. All I got from my neuro is that I am not giving a chance for the meds to work. When the dosage was increased, I stopped the increase and said ‘no more’ for the first time. After a day of the increased dosage, my legs went bezerk, they went flying all over the place with the pain so strong that I cried. My daughter telephoned my neuro but all she got was the answering machine. No one returned her call. I have an appt. On nov. 12 so I think we will have a showdown. In the meantime, my daughter searched the internet and came across msa symptoms, they fit me to a ‘t’. What do you think? Johnny cash was diagnosed with parkinsons but it ended up being msa. Billy graham was diagnosed with parkinsons but he has encephalitis. Comments
