NPH

My husband was diagnosed with NPH after he ran into the rear of my car while following me to our new house and he began shuffling when he walked. Surgery and an implant. 1 1/2 years later he had a stroke 3 days in hosp and 21 days in rehab. 2 weeks later the seizures began-5 1/2 weeks tied to hospital bed while they tried meds-many severe reactions-1 week rehab. Now he falls-alot, trys to walk alone-falls, does not understand the danger. We discovered on seizure hosp stay he has Hep C-liver and kidneys are affected. And just found out the anti-seizure med he is on is the worst choice for reduced liver function-another med change, EEG, MRI He’s 59-say prayers
