Living With Neuropathy

Hi..about 4years ago, while hunting , I had put those heat packs in my hunting boots…After awhile the heat disapated, and the material in the packs, which is iron oxide, must of had pieces that were not ground up, as they both felt like I was walking on stones.I should of took my boots off,but figured I could tough it out.Well, it seems the stones moved to the balls of my feet, and damaged both nerves.

I have had allot of different meds, some didnt do anything, others put me on cloud nine, and I dont like that feeling , so stopped taking them.Have had, corisone shots, accupunture, went to a chiropracter, nothing, he did help my back though..LOL..My feet have gotten worst. My doc calls it periphal neuropathy , says not much can be done, its just something I have to live with… so thats what I’ve been doing, living with it….have to excuse the spelling….
