Neuropathy in left arm

I am 43 years old and suffered a mild stroke in late Feb. I am fully recovered except for the lingering effects of a tingling, burning sensation in my left arm my neurologist has termed neuropathy It comes and goes as I get more tired or worn out. It feels like I am starting a fever. I have also been having problems with my blood pressure (no problems with blood pressure until now), up and down depending on the time of day and activity.

My doctor has put me on a low dose of blood pressure medication but wondering if there is anything else I can do. The more active I am, the lower my blood pressure. I am told that the neuropathy may take awhile to go away but if it doesn’t go away after 18 months, it will be permanent. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this before….
