I have tingling in my hands and feet at sporadic times during the day and wake up with my hands in spasm during the night and first thing in the morning. I feel like it is getting worse as I get older but no one seems to understand what this is like to live with. Is is normal to have a heaviness in legs and arms with this condition and I feel exhausted after a days work. Please let me know if I am normal I m begining to feel like a hypochondriac Comments
