I am 46, Singaporean. I work with an MNC company for 19 years and just retrenched last year at 2008. (Closed down of Singapore Factory) After that, I work as contract or Part Time Admin Assistant. Some employer asked me about my NF, then they decided not to take me. There is one, during the interview, they want to take me, before I go sign my appointment letter, the employer called me and asked me about the NF, later they say cannot take me, due to they scare other colleagues in the office might not able to accept me. Sight till now..I still looking for job
