To quickly access health information from your website's browser, download Recently diagnosed I am a woman in my mid 50’s who was recovering from back surgery when I was diagnosed with MG I collapsed in the shower and was rushed to the hospital. My hands had been getting weak for quite a while, and my left eyelid was drooping. I am unable to take steroids because of my fusion, and grankly the pills dont work that well. I have mostly bad days and a few really good days. I am unable to work and recently got a wheelchair so I can at least go out with my husband. My life has changed drastically, and it was so hard to accept. Its only been 6 weeks, and it seems like a lifetime. I keep hearing about remissions. Can anyone tell me their success stories? I would sure appreciate it. Comments
