For 2 years I have struggled with severe weakness. I was found with a thymoma in Nov 2007. I went to the cleveland clinic Jan 2008 to get help and to find out what was wrong. In which was a mistake,i was told by the so called best neurologist that I had fibromyalga. On Jan 2nd 2008 I was tested by my neuroligist local who knew it wasn’t fibro. Indeed positive for MG I do have other problems with severe muscle and joint pain but now atleast I’m being treated for one of the diseases. I couldn”t give up even thoughthe pain is devastaing. My new family doctor is doing everything to find out why I have these other symptoms. The edema in the legs, arms and stomach.I thank god for the doctors who listened to me and an eye doctor who noticed the drooped eye elid and face.
