My daughter and MG

My daughter who is 14 was diganosed with MG a year ago this month.It has been a interesting year learning what works and what doesn’t she started taking 60mg of Mestinion liquid 3 times a day,which helped at first then her systoms becamed increased.Her doctor changed her dosage to 1 timespan at bedtime and 60mg tablets 3 times a day,we have saw some improvement although her eye still is almost closed and the double vison is still there.Does anyone know of a multi vitiam she can take to help immune system I am praying for each and every person in america with MG Our God is a healer Amen!!!!!!!
