In the name of God.
hello. How are you. I hope you will take what I am going to say to you in the friendly spirit in which it is intended. I am trying to find out if there is any cure for my brother’s illness.

I am Hengameh and Iranian. I have three sisters and one brother. My brother- was born in 1970, he had no problem until 1986, but in this year when he was 16 years old , one of his legs disordered so that he pulled his leg severly in walking , little by little, the other leg and then his hands sufferd. Then his speaking disordered so that he stammers now.

In 1987, my father and my brother went to England for 3 months. The
English Doctors recognized Myasthenia for him. They advised Physiotherapy
and doing exercise for him so he get better. But in 1985 when he was
confined to bed at a hospital in Iran, a Professor ordered to inject a
medullary ampoule to him, this Lead to bend his back and Lion. At Last
he get worse and worse.

Now, he is 37 years old. Unfortunately, he can not sit, his fingers are
tightend, he has become very very weak and constipated severly, so he
consumes laxative drugs, but often they are Useless. He hiccups all day
long, chewing and swallowing is very difficult for him and many many
different problems.

At present,he consumes these drugs:

1- 10 mg metoclopramide, 2- 10 mg oxazepam, 3- 5 mg diazepam, 4-digestive c-lax, 5- belladonna pb, 6-Aluminium mgs and……

In Iran, doctors says there is no hope to cure him. This letter is from an afflicted and helpless sister. In Iran we visited several physicians. He has been confined to bed at the specialized hospital repeatedly, But Useless.
All the Iranian physicians and specialists believe there is no certain
cure for him and his disease is not remediable.
I really want to find help for him.

Yours truly,
(miss)H.N.
