He seemed to deteriorate so fast. There were many hospital error. We just could not find any answers. One day we were told he has MSA. I had never heard of this. When we looked it up, he had most all the symtoms. He has been treated for them for years. The doctor told me that the symtoms can start 10 - 20 years before the disease really takes over. I have not been able to find out anything concerning the prognosis of this devistating disease. I am his care taker and have had to quit work to care for him. He has had to quit and we are trying to get him on disability. Can anyone give me answers? Who will help him? How does a 14 year old daughter watch a seemingly healthy father go to this in 2 months time. What can we do to stop this? The only key we have is our faith. We take it one day at a time and are thankful for what time we do have. Enjoy the good days and endure the hard days. And in the end, no regrets. Yes like others we have lost almost everything. but I still have God and I still have my husband. For better or for worse, in sickness or in health. Please, someone help us. We want to understand more of what we are dealing with, but where do we turn? Comments
